How is MyEllevate Performed?
Before your MyEllevate procedure, a local anesthetic will be administered in order to make the procedure as comfortable as possible. Generally some amount of liposuction or pre-tunneling will be performed along the entirety of the neck and jawline. In some cases a skin tightening device such as Renuvion is utilized. Next, a light-guided suture system, known as ICLED®, will be used in order to treat the glands and muscles found beneath the skin of the neck. This works by providing a support system within the neck and the back of the jawline. This newly created contour provides patients with a more defined and youthful appearance among the lower face, neck, and jawline. This entire procedure is performed in our office and typically takes an hour to complete.
What to Expect After MyEllevate
Typically, patients do not see their MyEllevate results immediately after treatment. During the first few days, there is some swelling and occasionally bruising. Results really start to become more noticeable in about 1 month and continued to improve over the next 3-6 months. Many patients have seen results last for up to five years after the procedure. After your procedure, you will go home wearing a chin strap and return a few days later for a post-op appointment so that our team can evaluate your healing progress and remove small sutures that were placed for procedure which only involves 3 small incisions hiding behind the ear and under the chin. Most patients feel comfortable going back to work within 4-5 days after treatment.

Dr. Lyle and his staff members are amazing! While visiting his office, I met with an esthetician, financial advisor, nurses, PA's and Dr. Lyle himself.
