Lyle Plastic Surgery and Aesthetics Center is pleased to introduce TempSure™ Vitalia, the premier temperature-controlled radiofrequency treatment designed exclusively for women's wellness. This innovative treatment offers a convenient solution for maintaining vaginal wellness, addressing dryness and laxity as well as treating urinary incontinence without the need for hormones, invasive procedures, or downtime.
The TempSure Vitalia probe utilizes radiofrequency (RF) technology to deliver deep, comfortable thermal heat to the vaginal tissues as well as the vulva including the labia minora and majora and even the clitoral hood. By maintaining precise temperature control, it stimulates collagen production, tightens fibers, and strengthens the vaginal walls as well as outer structures. This comprehensive approach addresses various concerns such as urinary incontinence, vaginal lubrication, laxity, and pelvic pain.
Suitable for women of all ages, TempSure Vitalia is especially beneficial for those experiencing changes in vaginal wellness due to aging, menopause, or childbirth. Previously, there were limited options available for addressing these issues, but now, TempSure Vitalia provides a safe and effective solution.
What to Expect
To achieve optimal results, a series of three treatments spaced 4-6 weeks apart is recommended. The procedure is quick and convenient, often fitting into your lunchtime schedule, with no downtime afterward. Patients can resume their normal activities immediately following the treatment.
Furthermore, TempSure Vitalia can be combined with other modalities, such as the O-Shot®, to enhance sensation and further alleviate urinary incontinence. This combination approach offers a comprehensive solution tailored to each patient's individual needs, promoting overall wellness and quality of life. The O-Shot® utilizes your own platelet- rich plasma (PRP) which is from a blood draw. Growth factors present in the PRP are injected into the clitoral area and vaginal area with resulting improvement in blood flow as well as stimulating local regenerative cells. This can help to improve orgasmic response and other measures of sexual function.

My case was a little different. Had previous implants that were placed under the muscle as most are. Due to the healing of my body and the fact that I didn’t want a lift, I was left looking disfigured. Saw Dr. Lyle and was scheduled fairly quickly. I was super nervous as the old implants had to be removed and a new put in. This experience was far superior to three years ago mainly due to the exceptional staff. But major kudos to Dr. Lyle for making my new breast look natural and absolutely perfect (my husband is over the moon!). This surgery was not only something that was aesthetic for me. Being newly married, there was a lot of emotional/mental components to it as well. Couldn’t be happier. And Brittany, his nurse, is far superior to the nurses I had before. To top it off, at my post op visit, Stephanie did some Juvaderm in my lips and they look fabulously natural. Highly recommend ALL of the providers!

Haley is an incredible provider! She is diligent, detail-oriented, and punctual. She takes the time to get to know her patients and provide them with amazing results. Dr. Lyle and his staff are the best! Dr. Lyle performed a breast revision that was needed for my breast reconstruction, due to a double mastectomy.
