Fat grafting to the buttock- Commonly known as Brazilian Buttock Lift has become more and more popular in the United States. Many women desire a rounder fuller buttock and like the improvements made with the liposuctioned areas necessary to harvest the fat. Men infrequently request fat transfer to the buttock But occasionally do seek improvements and a more masculine-appearing athletic buttock. This 41-year-old patient had stubborn fat deposits that he had a hard time improving with diet and exercise and wanted more fullness in his buttock. He had harvest of fat from the abdomen and chest and flank areas and fat grafting to the buttock. Dr. Lyle utilize the Vaser device to assist in emulsify the fat. He then transferred approximately 400 cc of fat per buttock. The patient was pleased with the improvement and roundness in the shape of his buttock as well as the slimmer appearance.
