Gynecomastia Correction in Raleigh

This 20 year old man had relatively mild gynecomastia or "man boobs". He was begining to work out more and was self conscious about his breasts. He had a combination procedure with liposuction and a small amount of direct excision of the remaining gland. Often, in young men, liposuction cannot remove all of the glandular tissue so directly cutting out remaining firm tissue is necessary.
