Young man has male reduction

This 18 year old man was embarrassed by his large breast appearance. He developed breast tissue or gynecomastia at age 13 but it never went away . He was teased in the locker room during gym class and sports practices. He had a combination of excess fat and breast tissue so a combination technique with liposuction and direct excision was used. He achieve a much smoother appearing chest and was no longer self conscious.
