This 28 year old man had severe gynecomastia and sagging female -like “man boobs”. Because the nipples were so droopy- a mastectomy technique was offered with repositioning of the nipples to a more ideal location. Although significant scars are necessary, the patient never went without a shirt before surgery and was looking to be able to wear a tight fitting shirt without embarrassment. He now feels more confident in his clothing and during workouts.
