Back pain and uneven breasts fixed with reduction

This 35 year old woman had somewhat uneven breasts which were large and causing back and neck pain. Reduction mammoplasty removing 500 gm of breast from the right side and 655 from the larger left side resulted in more even breasts and cup size change from DDD to large C
