Breast Implants Before and After Pictures-Lifting Achieved with Augmentation, NC*

This 57-year-old woman had always desired more fullness in her breasts. She lost volume in her breasts as she aged and wore a B cup and was hoping to have a full C cup. She actually requested a breast lift, but she did not have significant nipple ptosis and Dr. Glenn Lyle felt that augmentation alone would help to elevate the nipple position and fill up her upper pole. She did not want to be too large and wished to have a natural appearing breast augmentation. She had submuscular placement of moderate profile Allergan gel breast implants 360 cc each. Dr. Lyle utilizes the Keller funnel which helps to reduce exposure of the implant to the skin surface and makes positioning less traumatic. The patient was very happy with her outcome filling out her clothing without looking artificial. The implants were very soft and natural and barely palpable.
