B cup to D cup with Saline Implants in Raleigh, NC*

This 29-year-old woman lost volume in her breasts after bearing two children. She could not wear certain clothing and bathing suits without being self-conscious . She desired fuller breasts - from her B cup up to a D cup. She had a detailed consultation with Dr. Lyle, reviewing options of silicone gel implants or saline devices.
