This 41-year-old woman always felt disproportionate. She was fairly large framed and tall, but her breasts were small for her figure. She desired a full D cup from her 38 B cup. Although she had some drooping ( also known as breast ptosis)- she did not want a breast lift. With this in mind, a recommendation for larger implants with sub glandular / subfascial positioning was made. She had some asymmetry and a constricted lower portion of her breast so 2 different size implants were necessary with inferior pole scoring (surgical cutting) internally) to relax the tight lower breast. She had Mentor moderate plus gel implants- 550 cc on the left and 600 on the right. Post operatively she felt much more proportionate and felt her breasts" fit her body". She was very happy that she did not need a lift to get a good result.
