Augmentation with Large implants Avoids Breas lift in Raleigh, NC*

This 41-year-old woman always felt disproportionate. She was fairly large framed and tall, but her breasts were small for her figure. She desired a full D cup from her 38 B cup. Although she had some drooping ( also known as breast ptosis)- she did not want a breast lift. With this in mind, a recommendation for larger implants with sub glandular / subfascial positioning was made. She had some asymmetry and a constricted lower portion of her breast so 2 different size implants were necessary with inferior pole scoring (surgical cutting) internally) to relax the tight lower breast. She had Mentor moderate plus gel implants- 550 cc on the left and 600 on the right. Post operatively she felt much more proportionate and felt her breasts" fit her body".
