Massive weight loss after bariatric surgery often leads to a number of predictable issues related to excess skin and drooping tissue. Reinforcement of the breast lift with the patient's own tissue through a variety of techniques or even using surgical meshes such as Gala flax or allografts are often recommended to maintain the breast tissue as well as the implant in proper position. This patient was quite pleased with the improved appearance of her breasts. She can now wear a variety of closing more confidently.

Dr. Lyle completed his medical degree at Wayne State University School of Medicine, followed by a general surgery residency at the University of Massachusetts and a plastic surgery residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch.
