Vaser Liposuction with Breast Augmentation in Raleigh, North Carolina

This 28-year-old woman desired body contouring with breast augmentation. She was unable to improve stubborn fat deposits in her arms ,abdomen, back and flanks despite exercise. She wished to go up a full cup size. She underwent Vaser assisted liposuction with power assisted liposuction of the arms, flanks and back, abdomen and some thigh. The Vaser device does improve some degree of skin tightening and may be more effective for more superficial fat. She also underwent placement of 335 cc Allergan breast implants in the submuscular plane. She was very pleased with the improvements made. She had 2500 cc of liposuction. This is a technique also called 360° liposuction involving placement in the prone position and flipping to the supine position to complete the procedure and breast augmentation. Liposuction seems to be a simple procedure but it is actually quite challenging to avoid skin irregularities and loosening of the skin. Compression garments and lymphatic massage are recommended in the postoperative period
