Fat transfer o the buttock also known as Brazilian buttock lift has become more popular recently. Improved shape of the buttocks is a highly desired goal of many woman. This procedure involves liposuction typically back and flank area with processing of the harvested fat and injection into the buttock area. It recently has caught nationwide attention because of some notable deaths that occurred particularly in the state of Florida. It is felt that inadvertent injection of the fatty tissue into the vascular system led to patient deaths.
