Arm Lift or Brachioplasty Corrects "Batwing" Deformity, Raleigh, NC

This 33 year old woman lost 180 lbs after bariatric surgery. She had several concerns and had a tummy tuck planned She did not like the very loose skin of her arms and underwent a brachioplasty or arm lift performed at the time of her abdominoplasty . A combination type procedure was done with liposuction of the arms performed and excision of excess skin. She had nearly one pound of skin and fat removed from each arm.
