Batwing deformity corrected with brachioplasty

This 52 year old woman complained of laxity of her arms which seemed to "flap" when she moved them. Liposuction would have made this worse as she had poor skin tone. A brachioplasty or arm lift removed the excess skin and fat and made her less self conscious about her arms.
