The result was restoration of nice breast volume and removal of the loose skin and better shape of her breast Augmentation mastopexy after bariatric surgery can be a challenging procedure. Many patients have enough breast volume to have a nice shape and breast size with mastopexy alone. However, if volume loss was significant and implant is beneficial to improve upper pole volume. Because the loose skin of the breast never fully gets back to normal. A full mastopexy is generally necessary. This involves a higher degree of skin removal and the skin reshaping.More
