This 54-year-old woman had prior C-sections and was looking for improvement in breast shape without implants as well as abdominoplasty. She also wanted to have some improvement in the shape of her buttocks without it being larger. She had a consultation with Dr. Glenn Lyle at Lyle Plastic Surgery and Aesthetics Center, and he outlined his recommendation which included breast lifting; full abdominoplasty with liposuction, including liposuction of the back with conservative fat transfer to the buttocks.
Surgery:
She underwent anchor pattern mastopexy with mesh reinforcement with liposuction of over a liter of fat and transfer of approximately 300 cc per buttock. This helped improve the shape and her flank and some more fullness in the buttocks without it being much larger. Full abdominoplasty with diastasis repair was accomplished as well.
Result:
She is now very happy with her outcome and 3 months after surgery enjoyed going to the beach wearing bathing suits that she was reluctant to wear previously.
