Jana Olecka
Patient Care Coordinator
Jana has been working along side Dr. Lyle as his Patient Care Coordinator since January, 2022.
When you meet with Jana, she will greet you with her warm demeanor and sweet smile. She is an essential part of our practice! Jana serves as a liaison between Dr. Lyle and all current, future and former surgical patients.
After your consultation with Dr. Lyle, Jana will help guide you on further non-clinical questions you may have. She will familiarize you about aesthetic treatments available to optimize your surgical results, review cost estimates and financing options for your surgical procedure, and discuss the next steps in booking and preparing for your upcoming procedure.
Brittany Lichliter
Registered Nurse
Brittany is Dr. Lyle’s Operating Room Nurse and one of his aesthetic providers. She has established herself working in cosmetic plastic surgery since 2011 in Virginia, California, and North Carolina. She is known for her empathetic nature and ability to foster strong connections with patients. She delights in meeting and educating patients, ensuring they feel at ease before and after their procedures. Brittany’s personal touch and genuine interest in patients’ well-being help create an environment of comfort and trust in the operating room. Her vision for the future is one of continued growth and innovation that blends her passion for aesthetics and patient care.
Kathryn Lyle
Licensed Esthetician
Kat has worked in the medical aesthetics industry since 2017, and pursued her esthetician’s license in 2019. Over these last few years she has become experienced in both medical and relaxing services such as body contouring treatments, cellulite reduction, facials, and microneedling!
Kat loves to spoil her clients with a soothing, massage heavy facial.
In addition to her aesthetic knowledge, she also has extensive knowledge in biohacking and functional medicine and is currently working on her Bachelor’s degree from William Peace University.
Pam Murphy
Office Manager
Pam is the Office Manager at Lyle Plastic Surgery and Aesthetics Center. She joined the practice in early 2023 before the doors were even opened. She was instrumental in establishing the practice from the ground up. Using the experience she has gained in management of plastic surgery and aesthetic services over the past 10 years, Pam offers an abundance of experience as a leader in the practice.
When you visit Lyle Plastic Surgery and Aesthetics Center, you will find her overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice, and also ensuring the optimal experience for our patients.
Haley Self, P.A.
Physician Assistant
Originally from Oxford, NC. Haley completed her undergraduate at UNC Chapel Hill and then graduated from Wake Forest PA studies.
Haley had worked in dermatology prior to PA school and has also worked in surgical oncology while attending her undergrad program.
When visiting our office you will see Haley performing pre-op appointments, following up with you after surgery, and meeting with aesthetic patients. Haley is also in the operating room assisting Dr. Lyle each week with surgical cases.
Amy Toland
Registered Nurse
Amy began her nursing career in NY, working for the esteemed Hildago Institute of Plastic Surgery in the early 2000’s. Here she gained extensive experience and developed her expert surgical nursing skills. Amy moved from the hustle and bustle of NYC to sleepy NC embracing the slower pace of life to raise her 2 boys. Amy recognized that her passion in nursing still ignites and joined the Lyle Plastic surgical team. Her exemplary skills did not miss a beat as she, alongside Dr. Lyle, masterfully tailor each surgery case. Amy brings a professionalism and graciousness that reflects the culture of Lyle Plastic Surgery and Aesthetics Center. If you are lucky, you may find her at the practice on clinical days assisting Dr. Lyle with his minor procedures as well.
Mary Laura Sabiston, RN
Registered Nurse
Aesthetic Nurse. After 20+ years as a pediatric critical care nurse, Mary Laura pursued her passion for aesthetics in 2015.
Mary Laura enjoys meeting new patients and working with them to achieve their aesthetic goals. She creates comprehensive individualized treatment plans and uses multiple treatment modalities to improve the appearance of the skin, hair and body.
Mary Laura loves educating and empowering patients to look and feel their best at any age.
Stephanie Carnell, LPN
Licensed Practical Nurse
Stephanie is our Nurse Injector. She brings over two decades of nursing experience to the practice, with a journey that began in orthopedics then quickly transitioned to the field of aesthetics. She graduated from nursing school in 2004. Stephanie’s specialized focus is on injecting neurotoxins, dermal fillers and performing laser treatments. She is known for her sharp aesthetic eye and artistic skill set. She is committed to helping her patients look and feel their absolute best, inside and out.
Gabby Roireau
Patient Concierge
When calling or visiting Lyle Plastic Surgery and Aesthetics Center, you will immediately feel welcomed by the sweet and cheerful demeanor of Gabby, always eager to assist you in any way she can. Originally from Hawaii, Gabby made a seamless transition stateside during the pandemic in 2020, finding her way and gaining a wealth of experience working for a dermatology practice. From here, her love for the aesthetics side of the industry grew. Gabby’s knowledge and passions quickly extended to cosmetic surgery, skincare, even psychology, ultimately wanting to elevate others well-being. Currently advancing her education in Psychology in her free time, Gabby is dedicated to making a positive impact with everyone she encounters.
Aline Earle
Registered Nurse
Originally from Brazil, Aline brings a wealth of experience to our clinic, having previously worked in a Plastic Surgery Clinic in Maryland before relocating to North Carolina.
With a deep commitment to holistic health practices, Aline’s expertise is enriched by her background as an Ayurveda practitioner.
She enjoys chatting about the benefits of integrative health approaches.
Aline will primarily assist Dr. Lyle in the operating room, ensuring the highest standards of care.
