Concern:This 44-year-old woman had breast implants placed about 20 years ago. She initially liked her result but over the years as she became more active, she noticed a shape change in the implants seemed to slide out laterally and became more uncomfortable. She became an avid runner and found that her breast implants now felt to large and cumbersome. She was hopeful just to have implant removal but was worried that she would just have a saggy skin because she had very little breast tissue before her breast augmentation.

Surgery: She underwent breast implant removal with breast lift by Dr. Glenn Lyle. She had intact 350 cc saline breast implants removed. She had very little fat to allow fat transfer and actually wanted to have much smaller breasts. She was very pleased with her results now feeling much more athletic and feeling much more comfortable during her exercise and running.
