Mommy Makeover After GLP-1 Before and After Photos
Concern: This 35-year-old woman had been struggling with her weight after a pregnancy 7 years ago. She was seeking a Mommy makeover type surgery-wishing to have breast reduction and tummy tuck. She started a GLP–1 medication to help her lose weight and was able to get her weight down under 200 pounds prior to surgery.
Surgery: Patient had bilateral breast reduction with removal of over 2 pounds per breast, abdominoplasty with removal of a 6 pound pannus and liposuction of 900 cc. Her postoperative course was uneventful.
Results: The patient had a remarkable transformation now wearing a D cup down from her G cup breasts. Her tummy was no longer overhanging and she was able to fit into a whole new wardrobe.
