This 40 year old woman lost 180 pounds over a two year period after a gastric bypass. Her primary concern was her large hanging breasts and loose arm skin. She elected to undergo a mastopexy and arm lift.
She had a Wise pattern or anchor scar on her breast because of so much excess skin. Only about 150 grams of skin and breast were removed form each side. Her brachioplasty was extended into her axilla to treat loose skin located there. She was much more confident in her clothing fit and appearance after surgery.
