Concern: This 27-year-old morbidly obese woman had an endoscopic gastroplasty but ended up losing about 50 pounds. When she presented to Dr. Lyle she was still significantly overweight and had a body mass index of over 30 and a weight of 194 pounds. She wished to have improvements in her abdomen and breasts was hopeful to lose more weight. She was otherwise quite healthy and had never had any childbearing.
Procedure: The patient underwent full abdominoplasty with liposuction, labiaplasty and breast lift.
