Concern: This 56-year-old woman had undergone major weight loss with the use of GLP-1. She had a history of previous tummy tuck and breast augmentation and lifting and was concerned about the appearance of her loose saggy thighs and abdomen. She had undergone abdominal surgery which left her with a scar on the right side of her abdomen and was hopeful to have a flatter tummy and thighs.
Solution: Dr. Lyle performed a vertical thigh lift and secondary body lift . Her abdomen is now quite flat and even has some improvement in the buttock. Because she had chronic pain and a nerve stimulator in her back the effect on the buttock was limited but it did improve it. Her thighs are now much smoother. She plans to come back and have a bra line back lift in the future which should help the appearance of her back and further improvements at the flank. She was very happy with her results
