This 43 year old mother of two children sought improvement in her breasts. She noted sagging and some loss of volume and wanted to go up slightly in size. She wanted saline implants- concerned about detection of implant leakage. She underwent an augmentation mastopexy with a vertical or “lollipop lift”. She has moderate style Mentor saline implants- 300 cc. Post operatively – she was happy with her new more perky breasts. She also had some liposuction of her abdomen and flanks and actually lost some weight post operatively with a small amount of volume loss in her breasts .
