This 40-year-old mother up to have gained significant weight after each pregnancy and was tired of being overweight. She began with diet and exercise and began losing weight and then started taking Wegovy-and ultimately lost 110 pounds. She was still overweight with a body mass index of 33.5 but had a hard time losing more weight and was hopeful to have abdominoplasty, liposuction and mastopexy.
Surgery: Mastopexy; Extended Tummy Tuck and Liposuction of flanks Dr. Lyle performed bilateral breast lift with mesh reinforcement also known as internal bra. He performed a large extended tummy tuck with removal of a pannus of over 8-1/2 pounds and about a liter of liposuction of the flanks.
Results: The patient now has had a major transformation-feeling much more comfortable in her clothing this even wearing bathing suits that she would never wear before. She continues her efforts to lose weight and ultimately will consider other body contouring procedures like a thigh lift and brachioplasty in the future.
