This 39 year old woman once weighed 355 lbs. She underwent a gastric bypass and lost 190 lbs. She still had lots of loose tissue in her abdomen and thighs and consulted with Dr . Lyle about options. He perfomed a lower body lift ( circumferential abdominoplasty) and medial thigh lift. During surgery -, she had 14 lbs of tissue removed. Her recovery took about two weeks before she was able to go back to work and about 6 weeks before she resumed major exercise. She was able to fit into new clothes and felt much more confident with her new physique.
