Which fillers are used for lip plumping and enhancement?   

• At Lyle Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics Center, we are proud to offer a selection of Juvéderm® facial fillers, including Juvéderm Volbella XC, Juviderm Ultra which is popularly used to add shape and volume to the upper and/or lower lips while also helping to correct vertical lip lines.  We alos use Restylane Kysse. How long do facial fillers last?    

• Most fillers last between 6 months and 2 years, depending on the product and treatment area. While results can vary somewhat from patient to patient, most men and women are able to enjoy their Juvéderm filler results for up to about one year.  Should you notice that lines are reappearing or you are losing facial volume sooner than expected, repeat filler injections can be performed early to help restore your ideal look and keep you feeling consistently your best. 

Can dermal fillers be reversed?   

• Yes, hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved using an enzyme called hyaluronidase.

Do dermal fillers hurt?   

• The procedure involves minimal discomfort. We use numbing agents to ensure a comfortable experience.

What’s the best lip filler?   

• Juvéderm Volbella XC is a popular choice for natural-looking lip enhancement. Restylene Kysse and Juvaderm Ultra or even Ultra Plus are also utilized. 

Are there age restrictions for getting fillers?   

• Fillers are FDA-approved for adults 21 years and older, but they can be effective for a wide age range depending on the concern.

Will I look overfilled or unnatural?
