This 25-year-old woman has never liked the size of her breasts never wearing more than an A cup and was hoping to initially a C cup. During the consultation, Dr. Lyle utilized Crisalix 3D imaging system to demonstrate possible outcomes with different size implants. 3D imaging is very helpful although not a guarantee of outcome. Dr. Lyle uses it in almost all of his consultations but does caution that cup size prediction is not always predicable After further consideration she wished to go to up to a D cup. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation with Sientra high projection implants. She had a subpectoral inframammary approach which is the most common technique .Because of some asymmetry she had a larger implant on the right side 415 cc and the left side had 385 cc. It is not uncommon for women to have asymmetry which can be adjusted with variable implant sizes.
She was very pleased with her D cup breasts.
