This 37 year old woman wanted a tummy tuck and improvement in her buttock appearance. Combining abdominoplasty with fat grafting to the buttock can be problematic since the recovery of a BBL requires avoiding pressure on the buttock while abdominoplasty recovery requires laying on your buttock. Nevertheless- she did undergo this procedure- understanding buttock enhancement would have to be conservative. She had 450 cc of fat placed in each buttock. The overall result was a much better abdominal appearance and better buttock contour.
