BBL and Arm lift Combo in Raleigh, NC

This is a 36-year-old woman who had over 70 pounds weight loss and had an abdominoplasty done by another Plastic surgeon in Wilmington, NC. She sought consultation with Dr. Lyle for further improvements. She wished to have improvements in her buttock and some additional liposuction And fat transfer to the buttock as well as brachioplasty so she underwent this combination of procedures which is not the most typical combination. BBL or Brazilian Buttock Lift can be combined with other procedures. Controversy about performance of this procedure during abdominoplasty exists however in some cases it can be performed with acceptable results. This patient underwent liposuction with the Vaser device performed on the flanks and back as well as some on her abdomen with fat transfer to the buttock. She had approximately 700 cc of fat transferred per side to obtain a more rounded more projecting buttock. She also had a simultaneous brachioplasty. Her recovery was uneventful. Dr. Lyle performs this procedure in his fully accredited Outpatient surgery Center. She is very pleased with the improvements made.
