This patient had a 100 pound weight loss after a bariatric procedure and had loose skin of her abdomen. She had prior subglandular breast implants and desired breast lifting and implant exchange. and tummy tuck She underwent a full abdominoplasty with implant exchange with site change which means placement of an implant that is in one position such as on top of the muscle to under the muscle or vice versa. In this case her subglandular implants were placed under the muscle as she did have some element of capsular contracture. Changing positions of the implants may help to avoid future capsular contracture She had a mastopexy as well. She had 380 cc saline implants replaced with 325 cc silicone gel implants under the muscle. This patient also had chronic rashes from her pannus. When they do, they rarely cover the abdominoplasty portion which includes diastases repair and umbilical transposition. Patients have to pay extra to have this additional procedure.. The patient was very pleased with her outcome and feels transformed.
