This is a 28 old year woman who developed large breasts in her early teen years and has been self-conscious and suffered from neck and back pain for years. She wore a 36E cup. Breast reduction of 645 grams on the right and 810 grams on the left (left was larger) achieved major improvement. She has no back pain and now wears a small C and is very happy. The average size requested is about a C cup but many times this is quite difficult to predict as cup size is not actually a scientific concept. Bra manufacturers size their brassiere cups differently, so exact cup size is hard to predict and hard to achieve surgically.
