What is a skinny BBL? A Brazilian buttock lift is generally performed on women who are of normal weight or even somewhat overweight, as it makes nice improvements in the liposuctioned area and enhances the buttocks with the fat transfer. A skinny BBL refers to performing fat transfer to the buttocks in patients who are either normal weight or underweight. In some cases, these are much more difficult because fat deposits are more limited. Sometimes, fat transfer to the buttocks is performed at the same time as a tummy tuck to take advantage of the liposuctioned fat to help reshape the buttocks. In many of these cases, they usually are not large volume transfers, especially with patients who don’t have a lot of deposits.
Concern
This 49-year-old mother of 3 children was of normal weight with a body mass index of about 20, but was never happy with the flanks or the appearance of her abdomen. She had a significant diastases and moderate pannus.
Surgery
She underwent a full abdominoplasty with liposuction of the flanks and abdomen and fat transfer of 420 cc on each side to the buttocks and hips. The total amount of liposuction was 1100 cc.

The result was a much slimmer appearance with more fullness and shape in her buttocks. How much does a tummy tuck with liposuction and fat transfer cost? The usual range of pricing for this procedure starts at about $13,000 if it is done with a mini tummy tuck and can go up to $18,000 or more with a full tummy tuck.
