Many patients believe that breast augmentation is primarily for younger woman but this 50 year old woman decided later in life that she wanted to fill out her clothing better and look better in bathing suits. she had excellent health and underwent a sub-muscular breast augmentation with 325 cc smooth walled silicone gel implants. Dr. Lyle uses a Keller funnel to assist in inserting the implant less traumatically and with less chance of surface contamination since it protects the device while inserting through a small incision. She was quite pleased – going from a small B cup to a D cup after surgery.
