Meet Our Staff

Originally from Oxford, NC. Haley completed her undergraduate at UNC Chapel Hill and then graduated from Wake Forest PA studies.

Haley had worked in dermatology prior to PA school and has also worked in surgical oncology while attending her undergrad program.

When visiting our office you will see Haley performing pre-op appointments, following up with you after surgery, and meeting with aesthetic patients. Haley is also in the operating room assisting Dr. Lyle each week with surgical cases.

Catherine Wade, MSN, RN, CANS, received her degree in Psychology followed by her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at UNC-Chapel Hill. She began her nursing career in 2000 in Duke University Medical Center’s Pediatric Blood and Marrow Transplant Program and later completed her master’s degree in Nursing Informatics at Duke.

In 2012, Catherine began working in aesthetic and reconstructive medicine for Dr. Glenn Lyle, gaining experience in all aspects of his practice over the next five years. She is happy to be back on his team at Lyle Plastic Surgery and Aesthetics! Through her work in injectables, lasers, skin rejuvenation, and plastic surgery patient care, Catherine earned the advanced Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS) certification. Her approach is thoughtful and conservative, centered on listening to what each patient would like to improve and what they want to preserve. She focuses on natural, balanced results that respect each patient’s features, priorities, and changing needs over time.

Catherine is currently completing her nurse practitioner education. She is the proud mother of two daughters, one preparing to begin her own nursing career and the other pursuing graduate studies in nutrition.

Jana has been working alongside Dr. Lyle as his Patient Care Coordinator since January, 2022.

When you meet with Jana, she will greet you with her warm demeanor and sweet smile. She is an essential part of our practice! Jana serves as a liaison between Dr. Lyle and all current, future and former surgical patients.

After your consultation with Dr. Lyle, Jana will help guide you on further non-clinical questions you may have. She will familiarize you about aesthetic treatments available to optimize your surgical results, review cost estimates and financing options for your surgical procedure, and discuss the next steps in booking and preparing for your upcoming procedure.

Brittany is Dr. Lyle’s Operating Room Nurse and one of his aesthetic providers. She has established herself working in cosmetic plastic surgery since 2011 in Virginia, California, and North Carolina. She is known for her empathetic nature and ability to foster strong connections with patients. She delights in meeting and educating patients, ensuring they feel at ease before and after their procedures. Brittany’s personal touch and genuine interest in patients’ well-being help create an environment of comfort and trust in the operating room. Her vision for the future is one of continued growth and innovation that blends her passion for aesthetics and patient care.

Rileigh brings both a professional knowledge and a lifelong passion for skincare to every aesthetic treatment she performs. Growing up with a father who’s a dermatologist, she developed early on an appreciation for healthy, well-cared-for skin that continues to inspire her work today. Rileigh takes the time to thoroughly understand and evaluate each patient’s concerns and goals before every treatment, allowing her to create customized skincare plans tailored to their individual needs. She is passionate about results-driven aesthetics while also ensuring each patient feels relaxed and comfortable during their time on her treatment table. Rileigh specializes in ultra pampering customized facials and HydraFacial’s as well as offering other beneficial skin modalities within the practice.

Originally from the coast of North Carolina, she is a true beach and water lover—always chasing sunshine (with SPF, of course!). Outside of the treatment room, she enjoys spending time with her wonderful fiancé and their Australian Shepherd mix, Hendrix.

She is dedicated to helping each client feel confident, refreshed, and comfortable in their own skin.

Pam is the Office Manager at Lyle Plastic Surgery and Aesthetics Center. She joined the practice in early 2023 before the doors were even opened. She was instrumental in establishing the practice from the ground up. Using the experience she has gained in management of plastic surgery and aesthetic services over the past 10 years, Pam offers an abundance of experience as a leader in the practice.

When you visit Lyle Plastic Surgery and Aesthetics Center, you will find her overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice, and also ensuring the optimal experience for our patients.

Amy began her nursing career in NY, working for the esteemed Hidalgo Institute of Plastic Surgery in the early 2000s’. Here she gained extensive experience and developed her expert surgical nursing skills. Amy moved from the hustle and bustle of NYC to sleepy NC embracing the slower pace of life to raise her 2 boys. Amy recognized that her passion in nursing still ignites and joined the Lyle Plastic surgical team. Her exemplary skills did not miss a beat as she, alongside Dr. Lyle, masterfully tailor each surgery case. Amy brings a professionalism and graciousness that reflects the culture of Lyle Plastic Surgery and Aesthetics Center. If you are lucky, you may find her at the practice on clinical days assisting Dr. Lyle with his minor procedures as well.

Aesthetic Nurse. After 20+ years as a pediatric critical care nurse, Mary Laura pursued her passion for aesthetics in 2015.

Mary Laura enjoys meeting new patients and working with them to achieve their aesthetic goals. She creates comprehensive individualized treatment plans and uses multiple treatment modalities to improve the appearance of the skin, hair, and body.

Mary Laura loves educating and empowering patients to look and feel their best at any age.

Originally from Fort Mill, South Carolina, she relocated to Raleigh, North Carolina over four years ago and has loved calling it home ever since. With over a decade of experience in patient administration—primarily in the dental field—she is now excited to bring her expertise and enthusiasm to the world of plastic surgery and aesthetics. Her favorite aesthetic treatments include Botox and a refreshing Hydrafacial.

Olivia is the first smiling face you’ll see when you walk through the doors at Lyle Plastic Surgery and Aesthetics Center. With a warm welcome she’s here to make sure every visit is comfortable, smooth and seamless.
