This 37 year old woman noticed loss of volume of her breasts after each delivery of her 2 children. She desired to get back to her pre-pregnancy size- in fact somewhat larger. She chose saline devices partially because of concerns for detecting leakage. Saline implants offer the advantage of showing physical signs of leakage ( shrinkage of the breasts). A sub-muscular approach was selected with an inframammary fold incision. Allergan smooth walled saline devices ( 300cc) was selected. Her breast were restored to a bit larger than her prepregnancy size .
