Implant exchange and Lift Revises unfavorable breast augmentation result

This 31 year old woman form Fayetteville, NC had prior subglandular saline breast implants. She was never happy with them as they were palpable but with time they became droopy and unsightly. Dr. Lyle performed conversion by removing the saline devices and switching the pocket to a sub pectoral plane and placed 450cc Mentor gel implants.. This reduced palpability. A vertical lift was added to address the droopy appearance.
