Side Boob treated with Mastopexy, Raleigh, NC

This is a 46-year-old woman who had previously undergone a gastric stapling but did not lose much weight and finally, lost significant weight through dietary measures and exercise. She was left with multiple areas of sagging skin. She is still somewhat overweight but happy with her current weight and desired improvements in her breasts and abdomen and several other areas. She was very concerned with what she described as a "side boob"and desired lifting of her breasts. The patient underwent a mastopexy with extension into the lateral breast to address the bra roll or "side boob". These photographs are from several years later. She has also undergone abdominoplasty and additional procedures on her lower body. She is very happy with her new lifted breasts and the minimization of the bra roll area
