Augmentation mastopexy with vertical lift in Raleigh, NC woman

This 45 year old woman hated her sagging breasts. She had lost some weight and noted drooping . She wanted to regain fuller breasts with a lift and implants. She had 350 cc silicone gel implants placed with a vertical or lollipop type lift which results in a shorter scar than the standard anchor pattern. She was very happy with her fuller , perkier breast post op.
