Massive weight loss rewarded with abdominoplasty

This 60 year old woman , after years of being obese, decided to get serious about exercise and diet. She successfully lost 90 pounds over a one year period. The resulting loose skin of her abdomen was frustrating because she had finally achieved a slimmer figure but didn't look right in her new clothing.
